Key Responsibilities
As a Client Services Manager, your primary responsibility is to keep the GYSS wheel turning. This involves a proactive approach to client engagement, an unyielding commitment to project execution, and a steadfast dedication to upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
Client Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships and trust across GYSS’s clients
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key clients
- Support on new business and client contract renewals
- Help to onboard new clients
- Run induction calls with new client team members
- Manage client contacts in Hubspot, our CRM and project delivery platform
- Keep company details in HubSpot up-to-date, including brand guidelines and assets
Project Delivery
- Support the team to build ads on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X/ Twitter
- Create and manage project plans
- Participate and capture notes in the monthly phase delivery meetings
- Manage and communicate shifting deadlines and milestones
- Coordinate with the team and clients to schedule project calls
- Gather live campaign results and end-of-campaign data from clients
- Ownership of project management: create relevant documents, folders and tasks for the team
- Monitor project spend
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Three or more years of experience in an account management, project management or production role in an agency, client side, platform or media business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Adept at managing multiple projects seamlessly
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Calm under pressure
- Background in fundraising would be an advantage
